About our Guest: Guy
Guy started his career back in 1991 as an Apprentice in the steel manufacturing industry. His first crack at a Leadership role was in 1995 when he became a Workshop Supervisor and to a large extent has worked in leadership roles of various levels since that time. He has worked across the Steel, Mining and now the Utilities industries with the majority of time being in Maintenance Manager and Operations Manager roles.
Guy’s current role has him leading a multi -disciplined team of Tradesman, Technicians and Engineers across multiple sites in an industry that never shuts down.
He has a passion for leadership but with a strong focus on safety, wellness and values. This (he hopes) allows him to send people home in better condition than when they came to work.
